Return and Refund policy

Neko Fight stands behind the quality of every product we offer. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required. As a token of appreciation, you will also receive a 20% discount code for your next purchase. Your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities.

1) Return Timeframe

Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

This policy applies to customers worldwide.

2) Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Remain in original condition — unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Include original tags and packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

For hygiene and safety reasons, items such as underwear, socks, rash guards, compression apparel, and personal care products cannot be returned once worn or opened.

3) Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products (including printed names or special design requests). These items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or size adjustments.

4) Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please send clear photos showing the issue along with your order number to our support team

  • The item must remain unused and still have original tags attached

You will receive either a full refund or a replacement item. Additionally, we will provide a 20% discount code for your next purchase.

You do not need to return damaged items — you may keep them as part of our customer care commitment.

5) How to Request a Return

Please contact support@nekofight.com and include:

  • Your full name used on the order

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return and the reason

Our support team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

6) Return Shipping Fees
  • For change-of-mind returns, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with product expectations, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, Neko Fight will cover the return shipping cost.

7) Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order

  3. Send us the tracking number confirming delivery of your returned item

Once verified, we will refund the cost of the original product (shipping fees are non-refundable).

8) Size Exchanges (Non-Custom Products Only)
  • Ship the original item back using a tracked shipping method

  • Once received, we will produce and ship the requested size replacement

Customized products are not eligible for size exchanges.

9) Refund Processing

You will receive notification once your returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial refunds may be issued if returned products are not in original condition, missing tags, damaged, or returned outside the approved return period.

10) Packaging Responsibility

Please ensure returned items are securely packaged. Customers are responsible for returned packages until they are successfully delivered. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
